REAL IMPACT.

'COMMUNITY EMPLOYABILITY'
FOOTLOCKER x NIKE
At TSP, we’re not just about movement, we’re about careers, skills, and employability. We empower young people by creating real opportunities in industries like media, sports, and creative production. This is about building connections, gaining experience, and proving what’s possible when community comes first.
From casting to coordinating, The Spartan Project was proud to team up with the GENERATION.works crew to help bring this Nike x Foot Locker community shoot to life.

'REFLECTING ON LIFES CHALLENGES'
NIKE HQ x FBB
Working in collaboration with Football Beyond Borders (a UK charity that works with young people who are passionate about football but disengaged at school) we delivered a custom printing workshop at NIKE HQ with a group of young men.
The task was to reflect on a challenge from their childhood and channel their emotions into creative expression by designing and printing a t-shirt.
This left them walking out the room smiling, feeling empowered reflecting on their experience, and with some custom merch in hand.

'START SOMETHING'
TOTTENHAM HOTSPURS
Dippo, Luke & Martyn are providing 1:1 business mentoring for the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, supporting young entrepreneurs to develop their ideas and present for a chance of funding at the end of their programme.
The team have already helped a young female secure funding to develop her sustainable fashion brand that is inclusive of and tailored to women who wear a hijab in Q4 2024.
Alisa, pictured above, 19 from Edmonton Green said: “I’m ecstatic! I can’t explain my emotions. I’m so passionate about this and I wanted to present in a way that the judges would understand my battles and my brand... This has been a good opportunity and helping hand for people like me who don’t have a business background.”

'RECLAIMING THE NARRATIVE'
HARLEQUINS x RBL
Working in collaboration with Harlequins Rugby Club and The Rugby Black List, we delivered a Black History Month custom printing workshop.
Participants explored the history of Black rugby players, learning about the legends who have shaped the game and left their mark on Harlequins’ legacy. They then designed and printed their own tees, featuring photos of the players they had studied.
We wrapped the day of watching the Quins secure a win over Saracens, with some of the YP's even getting their shirts signed by the players!

'BRING LIFE TO THE MARKET'
WANDSWORTH COUNCIL
Wandsworth council reached out and asked us to liven up Tooting Market at lunchtime. So we're hosting 2 free calisthenics sessions every week 12-1PM in Janruary and throughout 2025, creating a unique lunchtime opportunity for the local community to get them into shape.
The sessions are run by Andrea AKA POV_fitness.
